Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Mendasian Scents. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact us at msameer5@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
• We do not accept returns on used products or items marked as final sale.
